Unlike most people who work in the labor market, most health professionals do not see benefits in the professional sphere in social networks. This situation is caused mainly due to the lack of focus on the academicism of these networks that has a priority focus on the business environment.

That said, MIRAVA’s team identified that some of these professionals are part of communities where they feed their knowledge with research and discussions with other professionals. In addition, there is a need to be aware of information, new technologies, discoveries, doubts, job search and many feel UNDERVALUED, since the lack of communication with others in the area makes it much more difficult to recognize professionals.

The reality today in Brazil is that there is no community of its own for this, and according to some research that we did, many of them realize the need to migrate their community to another network, participate in some and have a platform aimed at them.

On the other hand, there are also problems in the hiring process.  

 

When new companies open positions in the healthcare sector, entrepreneurs repeatedly find it difficult to hire employees. Whether due to a lack of contact with other professionals or a level of training incompatible with the position, the options are limited.

This problem, in many cases, is not caused by the lack of professionals in the market, but by the difficulty in effective disclosure.
